Products for keto are growing every day, and some of them are actually pretty great. One thing that the keto community has agreed on, however, is that you have to be careful if there is a “keto certified” label because that’s actually meaningless. Many “keto approved” products include maltitol and maltodextrin which are not really all that low carb, which is sad because it tastes great. I have found personallity that some maltitol is alright for me, so some products might have it, but you should definitely check ingredients and find out what works for you.
